1. Knowledge of threats and distribution of Bengal florican in India and Nepal enhanced. 2. Management techniques to produce suitable Bengal florican habitat in and around Protected Areas developed and trialled. 3. Local communities, Senior Protected Area decision makers, relevant conservation organisations and local Bengal florican Conservation Groups are aware of management techniques for Bengal florican. 4. Capacity for Bengal florican Conservation Programme in India and Nepal built, sustainability and legacy of project outputs secured.
