MAIN - To establish the ability of researchers and managers in the Galapagos national park to determine the nature and prevalence of disease threats to endemic fauna (with a focus on birds) stemming from the introduction of novel pathogens and vectors, and to build a capacity for the continued monitoring of introduced diseases in these populations.
